Role Description We are looking for an Operations Execution Manager with experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering to drive execution across the business. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that plans translate into action, deadlines are met, and departments remain aligned and accountable—across a remote, cross-functional environment. If you are highly organised, proactive, and thrive on driving outcomes (not just supporting tasks), this role is for you. - Driving the execution of key operational initiatives across multiple departments - Tracking projects, priorities, and KPIs to ensure deadlines are met - Holding stakeholders accountable and following up on deliverables - Identifying risks, delays, and bottlenecks—and escalating where needed - Preparing and coordinating operational meetings, actions, and reporting - Supporting planning cycles and tracking outcomes - Maintaining performance dashboards (DIFOT, WIP, project profitability) - Supporting process improvement and standardisation across the business Qualifications - Proven experience in a similar role as Operations Coordinator or Project Coordinator - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail - Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and follow through - Commercial awareness and ability to understand operational performance - Advanced Excel/reporting skills and confidence working with data - Experience in engineering, manufacturing, construction, or project-based environments is highly regarded
