Vous intégrez le service Comptabilité Générale des activités finances d’EQUANS BUSINESS SUPPORT de Guyancourt. Sur son périmètre, l’Adjoint réalise les opérations de la comptabilité générale et analytique dans le respect des règles comptables et fiscales. En étroite collaboration avec la Responsable du service, l’Adjoint responsable comptable a en charge la comptabilité de plusieurs succursales. A ce titre, vos missions principales sont : - Etablissement des clôtures mensuelles en normes comptables et IFRS - Comptabilisation et suivi des provisions pour risques et charges - Etablissement des liasses de consolidation et annexes CBCR/AFEP - Production du déclaratif fiscal (TVA, DEB, DES BYES SAS) et cadrage TVA Collectée et Déductible BYES SAS - Etablissement des liasses fiscales et annexes légales - Suivi des immobilisations financières - Enquêtes diverses externes (INSEE, BANQUE DE FRANCE) En plus de ces missions comptables, l’Adjoint pourra être amené à travailler sur des projets à destination de l’équipe (projets ou tâches transverses), de nos partenaires et des opérationnels : développement d’outils d’aide à la production ; aide à l’implémentation de nouveaux outils groupe.
