Role Description As the Voluntary Enrollment Account Manager, you will oversee the entire enrollment process for group-level cases at Mutual of Omaha, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective enrollment plans and product education. You’ll build strong relationships with Internal Teams, External HR teams, and Brokers to implement strategies to achieve participation goals and serve as the primary point of contact for all enrollment activities. While partnering with internal teams to execute on pre-defined strategies and engagement tools. Qualifications - 2-4 years group benefits account management, implementation management or experience with an enrollment firm and/or have worked at a carrier with enrollment firms with core concentration on core benefit enrollments including voluntary group benefits products. - Demonstrated ability to think beyond existing barriers and practices, utilizing sound and independent judgment. - Proven ability to multitask, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing customer needs. - Current state Insurance License required. - Ability to travel up to 25%. - Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico. Requirements - Cultivate Strong Relationships: Build and maintain trusting relationships with Sales Reps, Brokers and HR teams. Actively participate in or lead meetings to foster open communication and support. - Lead the Process: Act as the primary point of contact, managing all aspects of group enrollments from pre-enrollment planning to post-enrollment debriefing, ensuring smooth operations and satisfaction. - Drive Engagement: Partner with HR teams, Internal teams and Broker partners, to implement impactful enrollment strategies, including timelines and communication plans to maximize results. - Ensure Excellence: Review and recommend the best communication tools and enrollment portals, maintain meticulous records, and provide robust support during enrollment events. Plant level execution will be critical for this role to highlight value proposition for inline gauge measurements for common metal producing applications. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Meet or exceed key account program plan objectives. - Development of key program guidelines to grow market share within install base - Coordinate and manage annual pricing programs - Identification of key decision makers within all assigned key accounts and OEMs. - Management of capital project solutions from project identification to installation at plant levels. - Preparing and presenting proposals and project justifications - Execution of defined metals strategic initiatives as defined by divisional growth and strategy team. - Supports designated initiatives identified for each key account including required field visits, demonstrations and technical discussions with plant personnel as needed. - Schedule and facilitate quarterly business reviews with key accounts. - Coordinates regular travel into identified plants as needed for Nordson personnel. - Coordinates the training of customer personnel in proper use, maintenance and service of equipment - Develops Third Party references through follow-up calls on existing customers - Maintains detailed knowledge of Nordson products, prices, policies and procedures - Knows which products can be most advantageously used with various finishing and container products - Maintains awareness of competitive products and advises supervisors of competitors’ activities - Provides customer service in emergency situations - Assists in training of other employees as assigned - Prepares and promptly submits administrative and technical reports as directed - Maintains personal appearance, test equipment and vehicles in a professional manner - Maintains detailed and accurate customer files - Travel 50%-75% - Performs other duties as assigned Education Bachelor’s Degree or 2-3 years of capital equipment experience preferred.
