Role Description Buscamos um(a) Desenvolvedor(a) Fullstack - Sênior que seja tecnicamente sólido(a), curioso(a) e apaixonado(a) por entregar software de qualidade. Você vai trabalhar num ambiente de missão crítica, com desafios reais de escala, performance e integração em múltiplos países da América Latina. - Desenvolver e manter funcionalidades críticas no backend e frontend da plataforma Auvo. - Colaborar com times de produto, design e dados para entregar soluções de alto impacto. - Participar de code reviews construtivos, elevando o padrão técnico do time. - Identificar gargalos de performance, propor e implementar soluções. - Construir integrações robustas via REST, GraphQL e gRPC. - Contribuir ativamente na evolução da arquitetura de microsserviços da plataforma. - Escrever código limpo, testável e documentado e deixar o código melhor do que encontrou. Qualifications - Backend: Java, C# ou Golang como linguagem principal (forte domínio em pelo menos uma). - Experiência com migração ou convivência de stacks legadas (ex: ASP.NET) com modernas. - Frontend: Experiência em React ou Vue.js (migração de frontends legados é um grande plus). - Filas e eventos — Mensageria: RabbitMQ, Kafka, AWS SNS/SQS, entende padrões como DLQ, idempotência e retry. - Dados — Banco de dados: MySQL ou PostgreSQL com boas práticas de modelagem e query optimization. - Experiência com NoSQL (Redis, DynamoDB, MongoDB) e cache distribuído. - APIs: REST, GraphQL e gRPC. - Infraestrutura: CI/CD com GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD ou similares. - Microsserviços: experiência prática em ambientes distribuídos. Requirements - Diferenciais que brilham os olhos: - Experiência com IA Generativa: agents, subagents, skills, rules, function calling. - Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, CDK). - Experiência com sistemas de missão crítica ou alta disponibilidade. - Contribuições em projetos open source.
