About The Job: What you will be doing: - Manage end-to-end implementation projects for retail and commercial banking, ensuring solutions meet client needs and business objectives. - Oversee system implementations and integrations, including ProLender, core banking systems, and third-party solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for both retail and commercial banking projects. - Lead cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, testers, and vendors, to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. - Monitor and manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including AML, CRA forms, and other industry and geo-specific standards. - Address production issues, coordinate enhancements, and ensure post-go-live support. - Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and adoption of best practices. - Ensure adherence to project governance, compliance, and quality standards throughout the delivery process. - Provide regular updates to senior leadership and clients on project progress, milestones, and KPIs. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the project team. What we are looking for: - At least 10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager delivering product implementation projects for banking clients. - Hands-on experience managing retail and commercial banking projects. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid). - Demonstrated ability to manage integrations with systems such as core banking, CRM, and third-party services. - Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to handle complex projects. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with clients, vendors, and internal teams. - Experience with tools like MS Project, Devops. - PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certifications are a plus. - Applicants must be capable of working with international clients (e.g., those based in Canada, Europe, and Australia) and should be flexible in managing their work hours to accommodate remote meetings with clients or on-site teams. A Day in the Life We are currently seeking a Senior Scientist/Project Manager with significant renewable permitting, planning, client management, and group-leading experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong science background to support a variety of energy projects in CO, WY, NE, UT, NM, AZ, GA, MS, and TX. This position would support clients with planning and managing permit requirements for wind, and solar, hydrogen, electric power generation, and other related energy projects. Experience managing all components of sitting, permitting, and development of energy projects, regulatory knowledge and agency coordination is required. A proven track record of providing quality, on-time products for clients, both internal and external within the energy sector is required. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced leader who is adaptable, with demonstrated communication and leadership experience, and someone dedicated to leading a positive and team-work oriented internal culture of our natural resources group. This is an hourly, part-time, as needed position with compensation range of $60 to $100 per hour, commensurate with experience and skills. This is a hybrid role that will be based in Colorado.
