About the Role: We are seeking highly skilled Avaloq Migration Experts with strong hands-on experience in developing and executing migration scripts. The ideal candidates will be self-driven professionals capable of working independently while taking complete ownership of migration activities across the project lifecycle. Role Description As a Manager in the Commercial Insurance / Reinsurance practice, you will take a leading role in delivering and driving complex transformation initiatives for top-tier (re)insurance clients. You will combine deep industry expertise with strong consulting capabilities to guide clients through strategic, operational, and technological change. In addition to project delivery, you will actively contribute to Client Development (CD) and Business Development (BD) by identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, and supporting pitch situations. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and play a key role in growing our Commercial Insurance & Reinsurance practice.
