Job Description
Staff Full-Stack Engineer
Seyna
• Implement the most complex parts of your squad's roadmap, maintaining high standards for quality (code, tests, documentation). • Challenge product specs to maximize business impact and reduce unnecessary complexity. • Work autonomously and drive initiatives through to production. • Actively participate in architectural decisions and the evolution of the platform. • Maintain a broad view of the Seyna ecosystem (frontend, backend, infrastructure, DevOps, data). • Deepen expertise in key frameworks or services and raise the technical level of those around you. • Serve as a mentor within your squad: propose solutions, simplify, and unblock. • Promote best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of technical standards. • Have a direct impact on the skill development of other software engineers.
Job Requirements
- You have excellent mastery of full-stack development (JavaScript / TypeScript, React, backend, AWS).
- You can make architectural decisions and explain them clearly.
- You are delivery- and impact-oriented, not "tech for tech's sake."
- You are comfortable with modern development methodologies.
- You have a strong product and business sense.
- You enjoy learning, teaching, and helping a team progress.
- You can communicate clearly and solve complex problems.
Benefits
- Compensation: a competitive package with BSPCE (stock options) to share in the value created.
- Paid time off: 28 days of paid vacation + 7 to 10 RTT days depending on the year.
- Meal vouchers: Benefiz card (€10/day, 60% covered).
- Transport: 50% coverage of your commuting pass (Navigo, bike, train…).
- Health: Generali health insurance covered at 95%.
- Team life: an annual offsite and regular team events.
- A supportive and ambitious team, and the opportunity to help build a high-impact FT120 insurtech.
