Project Manager, Technical Support
Baxter International Inc.
• Support Baxter technicians for corrective maintenance • Install Proud (or EM2400 if necessary) and demonstrate new equipment • Perform mandatory or optional upgrades • Provide telephone support to the front office when needed • Visit identified customers to help build definitions that best meet customer expectations • Support responses to call for tenders • Advise on software development when required • Coordinate Proud FDS projects by organizing and leading project steering committee meetings • Guide the client through each step of the process • Provide customer support to resolve issues or assistance to help optimize usage
Job Requirements
- Two-year technical degree (Bac+2) in Electronics / Electrotechnics / Maintenance
- Experience in the biomedical field or technical services preferred
- Project management experience
- Proficiency in English is desirable
- Attention to detail and rigor
- Positive attitude, good listening skills, action-oriented and focused on continuous improvement
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office, ERP, Outlook
- Knowledge of Baxter solutions, products and services
- Ability to work in a multicultural, matrix environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus
