Role Description The Junior Video Editor will assist in creating polished, compelling video content for campaigns, social platforms, e-commerce, and behind-the-scenes storytelling. Working closely with the creative and marketing teams, you’ll shape raw footage into visually cohesive videos that align with the For Love & Lemons aesthetic. - Edit raw footage into final deliverables for campaigns, social media (Reels, TikTok, promos), lookbooks, and brand storytelling. - Apply basic post-production enhancements including trimming, pacing, transitions, color correction, and audio adjustments. - Maintain the brand’s signature visual style across all edits. - Organize and maintain project files, media assets, and versioning workflows. - Collaborate with creative directors and senior editors, incorporating feedback efficiently. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. - Stay aware of short-form video trends and propose creative concepts that fit the brand voice. Qualifications - Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. - Understanding of video editing fundamentals: pacing, composition, transitions, sound, and color. - Strong visual eye and attention to detail, with interest in fashion and brand-driven storytelling. - Ability to take direction, accept feedback, and collaborate with a remote team. - Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently. - A portfolio or selection of work demonstrating editing ability (student projects, social videos, or personal creative work are acceptable).

You’ll help capture authentic, human perspectives that reflect the character, diversity, and beauty of your surroundings. - A minimum of 5 video submissions per week is required, with each video lasting on average 3 minutes. - The estimated effort per video including preparation, travel within the local area, and content capture is around 2 hours which makes the minimum weekly time commitment approximately 10 hours up to 40. - There is no upper limit on the number of high-quality, unique videos that can be uploaded each week by each participant. - Participants will be compensated as per the estimates above, i.e. 5 approved video submissions x 2 hours = 10 hours x hourly rate - A typical workday would be creating and recording content and uploading to our google drive.
