Position Overview: BLN24 is seeking a Business Analyst (Knowledge Management) to design, modernize, and deliver enterprise cybersecurity and privacy training programs. This includes role-based training, LMS administration, workforce skills assessments, phishing simulations, gamification techniques, and AI-enhanced course development. The program targets measurable improvements in knowledge, skill application, behavioral change, and reduced time to proficiency for cybersecurity staff. This role optimizes business processes and orchestrates Agile delivery. The role maps current/future-state processes, drives automation opportunities, and facilitates Scrum ceremonies to deliver incremental value. Key Responsibilities: - Elicit requirements, create process maps, and identify pain points and bottlenecks. - Analyze metrics (cycle time, throughput, error rates) and propose improvements or automations (RPA/low-code). - Partner with Product Owner to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and a prioritized backlog. - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies; track delivery metrics and manage dependencies. - Coordinate with engineering and operations to pilot and scale process changes. - Produce clear documentation (SOPs, RACI, playbooks) and change management materials. Required Qualifications: - 4+ years in business/process analysis and Agile delivery. - Proficiency with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and Agile tools (Jira/Azure DevOps). - Experience with data-driven process improvement (Lean Six Sigma exposure a plus). - Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Bachelor’s in Business/IT/Industrial Engineering or equivalent; PSM/CSM a plus. - US.
