Principal Data Scientist

Monogram Health

• Own the development and deployment of machine learning models to support operational and clinical use cases at Monogram under the guidance of more senior data scientists • Perform ad-hoc data analyses related to outputs or alternative use-cases for existing models (e.g. summarize outputs for reporting purposes) • Work with program owners to understand the goals, key performance measures, and operational details of programs and processes to ensure models are aligned with program intent • Create and present proposals for machine learning solutions to program owners with the aim of ensuring buy-in to proposed solution(s)

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience performing quantitative analyses of healthcare claims
  • Experience using Python for machine learning model development and deployment
  • Proficiency in SQL, Databricks & Pyspark to extract and manipulate data for data engineering tasks
  • Experience presenting to business and executive stakeholders
  • Developing code and analyses following good software development practices [i.e., Version control (GIT), CI/CD principles, and test-driven development]
  • Experience with Azure or other cloud computing providers preferred
