Operations Analyst
Two Chairs
• Support Operations, Clinical Talent Acquisition, and Clinical in making data-informed decisions about supply and demand • Provide key stakeholders (including Finance and Growth) with operations data, analysis, forecasting, model builds and enhancement, and business insights related to needs in new markets • Develop improved Ops Reporting (including forecasting, KPI reporting, and understanding historical trends) • Build various supply and demand models • Manage the data infrastructure with the data team, and manage cross-functional reporting • Develop and maintain sophisticated supply vs. demand models to ensure clinician hiring aligns with projected patient volume across markets • Communicate data cross-functionally, including historical performance trends and forecasted future volume to inform business strategy • Generate ad hoc reports and dashboards for key stakeholders
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical role, preferably in banking, management consulting, finance, tech operations, or other highly analytical role
- Proven analytics experience, forecasting, SQL, Looker, and analytics experience ideal but not required
- Excellent Excel skills, strong business intuition, and the capability to identify and synthesize insights from quantitative analysis
- Intellectual curiosity, self-motivation, and an investigative instinct to understand the why behind data trends
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing competing demands

Position Purpose: Oversee the day-to-day work functions of the assigned claims area, provide technical and leadership support to staff to resolve complex issues. The Supervisor will develop and implement policies and procedures that comply with state and federal regulations. Process improvement, cost control to process medical claims accurately and timely and serve as a liaison between internal customers, vendors and other stakeholders involved in the claims life cycle. - Provide oversight and support to ensure that Claims inventory is managed accurately, timely and within compliance - internal and regulatory requirements. - Prioritize work volumes daily through reporting, load balancing, and managing operational overtime cost. - Help to identify opportunities for improvements and resolve operational gaps/problems with a financial, regulatory, cost/benefit and stakeholder experience. - Assist in reviewing, investigating, adjusting, and resolving all pending claims, especially complex claims.
