• Partner with GTM leadership to develop comprehensive recruiting strategies and hiring plans for sales, marketing, and revenue operations roles across all levels and functions • Source, engage, and recruit top-tier GTM talent through creative sourcing methods, executive search techniques, industry networking, and building strong talent pipelines for current and future needs • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes from intake to offer negotiation, ensuring exceptional candidate experience while maintaining high-quality hiring standards and efficient time-to-fill metrics • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and candidates on market trends, compensation benchmarking, role positioning, and competitive landscape insights to facilitate successful placements

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience with at least 3 years focused specifically on GTM roles including sales, marketing, and revenue operations positions
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting across all GTM levels from SDRs and marketing coordinators to Sales and Marketing Leadership
  • Strong knowledge of GTM market dynamics, compensation structures, and competitive landscape with ability to provide strategic insights to leadership and candidates
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and delivering results in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Data-driven approach to influence stakeholders; from aligning on total addressable market and target profiles to influencing process changes.
