• Ensure accurate and timely processing of freight and parcel claims. • Work closely with operations, customer success, and data teams to resolve claims. • Identify root causes and support continuous improvement initiatives. • Participate in team meetings, project discussions, and innovation sessions focused on process automation and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Review and process parcel and freight claims for loss, damage, or delay according to company policies and carrier terms.
- Communicate with carriers, clients, and internal teams to keep claims moving smoothly.
- Check shipping documents to determine who’s responsible and determine liability and settlement.
- Enter and update claim information accurately in the tracking system.
- Leverage ChatGPT and AI-based tools to assist in claim documentation, report drafting, and root-cause analysis.
- Use Microsoft Excel to monitor claims KPIs such as resolution time, claim frequency, and cost per claim.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify claim trends and share insights that lead to operational improvements and preventative measures.

To include but not limited to CBA reconciliation reporting, telephone reporting and refund/exchange reporting etc.
