• Lead on FDA, FTC, DSHEA, state consumer protection, and global frameworks governing supplements, nutrition, and labeling • Provide hands-on claims substantiation and labeling review for nutritional and supplement products • Provide end-to-end legal support for advertising, brand, and influencer campaigns across our streaming fitness platform and supplement lines • Ensure compliance with FTC rules, consumer protection laws, and industry standards while enabling speed of execution • Draft, negotiate, and manage a broad range of agreements, including vendor, supplier, technology, operations, partnership, and talent agreements • Oversee litigation with outside counsel, ensuring business-aligned strategies and efficient resolution • Manage corporate insurance programs and claims • Collaborate seamlessly with marketing, R&D, operations, technology, and finance • Mentor across the legal department, fostering a culture of curiosity, accountability, and solution-orientation.
• Lead copy development across the full BODi portfolio and all major consumer touchpoints • Drive copy development across email, CRM, paid media, landing pages, product launch campaigns, PDPs, web, packaging, video, blog/editorial, and additional brand and marketing needs • Elevate the standard of writing across the organization so the work is sharper, more persuasive, more emotionally resonant, and more effective at driving action • Partner with senior creative leadership to help define, refine, and steward the verbal identity of BODi and its sub-brands • Ensure each brand has a clear, distinctive voice while maintaining consistency across the portfolio • Be an expert in direct-to-consumer sales copywriting • Write sharp, effective hooks that stop attention immediately and pull the customer into the message • Lead the content arm of the creative department
• Manage the affiliate program and assist with agency management, including publisher recruitment, commission structure, promotional calendars, and partner communications. • Drive affiliate revenue growth by identifying, onboarding, and optimizing high-performing partners across key affiliate networks and platforms (Partnerize, Impact, Aspire). • Develop and execute affiliate campaign strategies aligned with product launches, seasonal moments, and business priorities. • Monitor program performance and proactively manage partner relationships to maximize efficiency and incremental revenue. • Ensure brand consistency across all affiliate partner touchpoints and marketing materials. • Build and own the influencer marketing strategy from partner identification and vetting through contract negotiation, content briefing, and performance evaluation. • Manage an active roster of influencer partners across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms while fostering authentic, long-term brand relationships. • Manage a scalable brand ambassador program, activating both talent and community members as monetizable partners through structured incentives, content opportunities, and long-term engagement strategies. • Oversee the influencer content cadence, ensuring brand alignment, on-time delivery, and strong ROI across product launches and evergreen campaigns. • Lead product seeding, gifting, and bespoke activation programs that generate compelling UGC and organic reach. • Develop scalable processes and tools for partner tracking, content rights management, and campaign reporting. • Partner with Creative, Brand, and Paid Social teams to ensure influencer content ladders up to broader brand and GTM objectives. • Partner cross-functionally with Email, CRM, Paid Social, Merchandising, and Brand to integrate affiliate and influencer across the full customer journey. • Collaborate with Creative on social-first content, setting clear briefs and maintaining quality standards. • Manage agencies, vendors, and budgets across partnerships, seeding, and activations to drive efficient growth. • Manage performance tracking and reporting, define KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion, revenue), and optimize based on data. • Monitor competitive trends and share actionable insights and recommendations with senior stakeholders.
• Own the health and accuracy of marketing tracking infrastructure, including pixels, conversion APIs, and event implementation across paid media platforms. • Monitor and maintain pixel and event health across Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, and other acquisition channels. • Ensure reliable event capture from the Shopify storefront through purchase and post-purchase activity, supporting both acquisition and lifecycle marketing use cases. • Maintain consistent event taxonomy and UTM governance across marketing channels. • Identify and resolve tracking discrepancies, signal loss, or data gaps that impact campaign optimization or marketing performance reporting. • Support lifecycle and CRM teams by ensuring key customer events and marketing signals flow correctly into CRM platforms. • Lead technical integrations with media and commerce partners including Google, Meta, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. • Implement and manage server-side tracking and conversion API integrations to improve signal reliability and measurement accuracy. • Oversee integration between Shopify, analytics platforms, CRM systems, and paid media tools to ensure consistent data capture and attribution. • Partner with vendors and platform teams to implement new tracking capabilities, integrations, and measurement improvements across the marketing stack. • Partner with analytics teams to ensure reliable data flow into attribution, analytics, and reporting platforms. • Maintain documentation of tracking architecture, integrations, and implementation standards. • Act as the technical bridge between growth marketing strategy and the infrastructure required to execute and measure it. • Support launches of new marketing channels, commerce partners, and growth initiatives by ensuring proper tracking and measurement from day one.

• Define the vision, strategy, and operating model for growth across direct response channels, creator-led performance marketing, affiliate, TikTok Shop, and performance creative • Own the investment strategy and performance outcomes across the full-funnel DTC media portfolio • Set execution standards across channels, including bidding strategy, audience segmentation, value-based optimization, creative testing velocity, prospecting and retargeting structure, and dynamic budget allocation • Lead the strategy for high-velocity performance creative across paid social, video, audio, and creator-driven formats • Own media investment planning and forecasting, including annual and quarterly budget allocation, pacing, and performance management • Partner closely with e-commerce and onsite merchandising teams to improve acquisition-to-conversion performance • Partner with peers in the Data and Analytics team to drive testing and measurement strategy across channels • Scale creator and partner channel performance across affiliate and influencer programs • Lead social commerce expansion with a mandate to build TikTok Shop into a meaningful revenue channel • Oversee agencies, media partners, and internal teams with clear operating cadence

• Design, build, and optimize data-driven lifecycle programs and customer journeys across all owned channels (email, push, SMS, web, and app) • Develop, implement, and continuously refine event-triggered, multi-step journeys tailored to behavioral, transactional, and engagement data • Support the development and execution of audience segmentation strategies; help maintain up-to-date segmentation for campaigns and journeys • Execute A/B and multivariate tests on messaging, timing, and journey logic; monitor and analyze performance metrics (deliverability, engagement, conversion) and iterate for continuous improvement • Collaborate with analytics and engineering teams to support data accuracy and ensure CRM campaigns are fueled by reliable customer data • Partner with marketing and creative teams on campaign briefs, creative development, and the deployment of personalized customer touchpoints • Maintain CRM documentation and support data hygiene and compliance best practices • Manage multiple workflows and prioritize deliverables to meet deadlines and support business objectives • Provide team support and contribute to the continuous improvement of CRM processes
