• Manage and coordinate real estate transactions from listing through closing • Track timelines, contingencies, and ensure all deal milestones are met on time • Draft, review, and manage contracts including listing agreements, offers, counteroffers, addenda, and closing documents • Facilitate document execution through platforms such as DocuSign • Coordinate escrow-related activities including inspections, appraisals, disclosures, and closing logistics • Maintain due diligence folders, audits, and seller requirement checklists • Maintain accurate and up-to-date deal files, trackers, and pipeline logs • Monitor offers, counteroffers, and transaction progress using tools like Trello or similar platforms • Manage property listings across platforms such as LoopNet, Crexi, MLS, LinkedIn, and company websites • Update property status, pricing, and listing details as required • Act as a liaison between clients, agents, and internal teams, ensuring clear and timely communication • Respond to inquiries and manage follow-ups in a structured and professional manner • Organize transaction files, closing documents, and internal submissions • Handle urgent or quick-turn requests with effective prioritization
Job Requirements
- A 4-Year Bachelor’s degree is preferable, ideally in Business Studies, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
- 6 years of experience in a Transaction Coordinator, Administrative, or Operations role within commercial or multifamily real estate
- Strong understanding of real estate deal flow, escrow processes, and due diligence requirements
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone
- Familiarity with tools like DocuSign, Trello, CRM systems, and listing platforms is preferred
- Ability to work independently with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset

This is a remote position. The Staff Pad has partnered with one of Colorado’s largest accounts receivable management companies to hire a PFS Supervisor. Headquartered in Longmont, this industry leader works with organizations across all 50 states, providing expert support in managing revenue cycles. The PFS Supervisor plays a key role in transitioning new Patient Financial Services (PFS) employees from the training environment to their permanent roles and coaches PFS representatives’ performance on an ongoing basis to ensure the highest level of quality and expectations are achieved. This position ensures that employees have the training, tools, and support necessary to meet performance targets.
