What We Expect - Enforce the use of safety equipment/clothing as required by OSHA and company safety regulations. - Reinforce that team members on the project site are in compliance with the safety requirements of the company. - Ensure that appropriate safety records are maintained. - Ensure that work areas are maintained in a neat, safe and orderly fashion. - Investigate cause of an incident and complete reports as required. - Assist Site Manager in administrative counseling to team members and subcontractors who are in non-compliance with safety requirements. - Hold safety meetings/jobsite review as part of coordination meetings. - Responsible for conducting daily safety meetings. - Responsible for conducting orientation and jobsite specific training. - Responsible for the communication, implementation and enforcement of Gray’s safety program on site. - Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications Who We Want - Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR 5+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree. - OSHA 30 Hour card. - Experience in an industrial construction environment is highly preferred. - Demonstrated knowledge of safety/environmental principles and techniques. - Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office suite programs. - Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing. - Should be an energetic, self-motivated individual who has a passion for collaboration and professional development. You will develop and implement multiple projects across the site, Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and deliver technical and capital plans during the development phases of investment projects, ensuring budget and timeline control and appropriate technical solutions. - Project scope could cover many areas but especially mass making, moulding & forming processes, packaging, palletising and site infrastructure & utilities planning. - Concurrently manage a portfolio of projects (upwards of $1-2MM/annum) with local teams during the complete project cycle. You will lead project teams consisting of Maintenance, HSE, Quality, Facilities, Operations, and Logistics. - Design fit-for-purpose technical solutions, develop and implement of state-of-the-art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets, and roll out best practices. Job Description BAE Systems is seeking an experienced System Security Engineering (SSE) Cybersecurity Technical Lead to support our work as a prime contractor on a high-profile U.S. Navy weapon system. As the SSE Cybersecurity Technical Lead, you will lead a multi-disciplinary System Security Engineering team in the implementation and execution of cybersecurity risk analysis and management processes for the U.S. Navy's next generation strategic deterrent and integrated combat system. You will work closely with government customers to provide technical input and recommendations, oversee the development and maintenance of the U.S. Navy's Strategic Systems Program (SSP) policy and directives, and implement the appropriate tools for architecting, modeling, and designing an SSE infrastructure to continuously assess, mitigate, and minimize risk to the system's security and to the overall mission. In this role, you will ensure all responsible projects are planned and executed within approved program management processes and contractual requirements, inform internal program managers and technical leaders of technical and programmatic risks, and opportunities, and lead the development of mitigation strategies. You will also coordinate with stakeholders, including Government personnel, contractors, and vendors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration, and leverage Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) at various design phases of a program lifecycle to facilitate in identification of potential vulnerabilities and threats within a system. The SSE Cybersecurity Technical Lead will lead and support technical meetings, lead the execution of Cybersecurity assessments, and present project status reports to senior Navy and BAE Systems leadership as required. A limited amount of travel to off-site locations could be required.
