Every day inside TOCA Centers there are moments worth capturing — a young player mastering a new skill, a training breakthrough, a coach inspiring the next generation, or a community coming together around the game. We are looking for a Social Media Content Specialist who can turn these moments into compelling stories that travel across the internet. You will help transform TOCA into a true soccer content engine—producing educational, entertaining, and culturally relevant content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging digital channels. This role is ideal for a hands-on creator who understands how to tell stories, move quickly, and create content that resonates with players and fans. Your Game Plan Storytelling & Community Connection (35%) - Capture authentic moments that highlight players, families, and teammates - Build relationships with coaches, players, and staff to uncover stories worth telling - Represent the voice, energy, and culture of TOCA across digital platforms - Collaborate with marketing and program teams to bring TOCA experiences to life Content Creation & Creative Development (40%) - Film high-quality video content across TOCA Centers, events, and programs - Edit short-form video for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts - Produce longer-form video content that educates players and showcases TOCA training - Create compelling static content including photography, graphics, memes, carousels, and visual storytelling posts - Develop educational content such as training tips, player insights, and soccer development content - Stay ahead of emerging trends in soccer culture, social storytelling, and platform algorithms - Build repeatable content formats that can scale across the TOCA network Audience Growth & Cultural Relevance (25%) - Create content that drives engagement, reach, and audience growth across platforms - Help establish TOCA as a destination for soccer content and culture - Ensure content consistently feels relevant, fresh, and authentic to the soccer community - Contribute to building a digital audience that extends beyond TOCA Centers Qualifications & Experience - 2–5 years of experience creating and editing social media content - Strong experience filming and editing short-form video content - Proficiency with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar platforms - Experience creating static creative including graphics, photography, or social media assets - Strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and digital storytelling - Comfortable filming in fast-paced environments and capturing authentic moments - Strong creative storytelling skills with an eye for composition, pacing, and narrative - Passion for soccer, sports culture, or community storytelling strongly preferred TOCA Football is an equal opportunity employer.
