Schwerpunkt Tief- und Wegebau sowie Kabelbau - Bauherrenvertretung im Bereich Anlagenbau für Windenergie, PV und Umspannwerke. - Mitarbeit bei Ausschreibung, Vergabe, Abrechnung und Nachtragsverwaltung von Bauleistungen - Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Gewerken, Behörden, Lieferant:innen und anderen Projektbeteiligten - Bauleitung vor Ort - Durchführung von Baustellenbegehungen, Statusreports und Projektmeetings,  - Durchführung von Abnahmen sowie Dokumentation des Bauablaufs bis zur Übergabe an Kund:innen - Sicherstellung der Umsetzung der behördlichen Auflagen sowie der Qualitätsstandards - Überwachung und Steuerung der Mängelbeseitigung Dein Profil das solltest du im Gepäck haben: - optimal: Polier:in im Straßen- und Tiefbau, Meister, abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen ODER vergleichbares Studium/ Ausbildung - Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung– idealerweise im Bereich Windenergie oder erneuerbare Energien - Organisationstalent, Durchsetzungsvermögen und hohe Eigeninitiative - Entscheidungsfreude sowie ein lösungsorientierter und strukturierter Arbeitsstil - Führerschein der Klasse B - hohe Reisebereitschaft - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. • Manage and review complex accounting functions, including reconciliations, adjusting entries, bill payments, and accounts receivable for multiple entities • Oversee annual accounting procedures to prepare financial records for tax preparation, 1099s, and tangible personal property returns • Prepare financial compilations on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis based on client needs • Identify and address material misstatements, inconsistencies, and risks in financial reports • Provide advisory and financial consulting services to clients, leveraging industry expertise • Prepare engagement budgets and monitor performance to ensure efficient use of resources • Foster and develop meaningful client relationships to ensure expectations are clearly defined and met • Conduct detailed reviews of engagements, providing constructive feedback and mentoring less experienced team members • Research complex accounting issues and present recommendations with supporting documentation • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address project statuses and financial concerns • Participate in training programs and independent learning to maintain and expand technical knowledge • Demonstrate time management skills to prioritize engagements and ensure timely delivery of work • Perform other duties and display flexibility to take on a variety of responsibilities assigned by firm leadership • Meet annual billable hour and other targets to fulfill individual performance and overall firm productivity

JOB OVERVIEW The Senior Manager, Real Estate & Lease Management provides strategic leadership and financial oversight for complex real estate and lease portfolios on behalf of LandSolutions’ infrastructure and telecommunications clients. This role blends strong financial acumen, lease accounting and administration and real estate expertise to ensure assets are managed efficiently, compliantly, and with long‑term value in mind. The successful candidate will oversee lease administration and financial controls across large, multi‑jurisdictional portfolios, support negotiations of complex real estate agreements, and act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal project teams. This role plays a key part in modernizing lease management practices, improving data integrity, and supporting informed decision‑making. This is a remote role based anywhere in Eastern/Western Canada. RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide senior level oversight of commercial and infrastructure lease portfolios, including renewals, expiries, amendments, and terminations. - Lead lease administration and financial controls for large portfolios, including tracking obligations, payment processing, reconciliation, and variance analysis. - Ensure lease data accuracy and completeness to support financial reporting and audit requirements. - Support and advise on the negotiation of complex agreements such as easements, licenses, statutory rights of way, and long-term infrastructure leases. - Assess portfolio risks and opportunities, offering strategic recommendations to clients. - Collaborate with client finance teams to align lease management practices with accounting standards and internal controls, including IFRS 16 where applicable. - Ensure all lease documentation and processes meet regulatory, contractual, and client specific requirements. - Prepare consolidated reports, dashboards, and financial summaries to support senior leadership and client decision making. - Contribute to audit readiness and respond to complex lease related inquiries. - Support optimization of lease management platforms (e.g., SAP or equivalent systems) and emerging technologies, including automation and AI enabled tools. QUALIFICATIONS - University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related discipline. - CPA designation (or active pursuit) is strongly preferred. - Experience in commercial real estate or infrastructure lease management, with demonstrated exposure to financial oversight and complex portfolios. - Strong working knowledge of lease accounting principles and financial reporting requirements, including IFRS 16. - Advanced proficiency in Excel and enterprise systems such as SAP or similar lease management platforms. - Ability to interpret and synthesize complex legal agreements, land titles, surveys, and technical drawings. - High attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve complex issues. - Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple clients and jurisdictions. - Strong communication and advisory skills, with the confidence to engage senior client stakeholders. - Bilingual English/French is an asset
