Maintenance Ecosystem Lead (Remote)
CSL
The Ecosystem Lead defines ecosystem-specific COS standards for Operations, Supply Chain, QA/QC, Maintenance, and Technical Operations in partnership with OE, site, and functional stakeholders. It oversees the installation and continuous improvement of the CSL Operating System across sites and supported functions through Gemba walks, site visits, and maturity assessments. The role supports ecosystem value delivery by working with teams from T4 to T1 and enables the deployment of structured problem-solving, Lean, and Six Sigma tools as appropriate. Responsibilities: Define ecosystem-specific standards: - Define content specific to each function - Identify and support resolution of interdependencies - Stakeholder management and leadership across full ecosystem - Update standards / playbook in alignment with OE and Core Teams Support maturity build: - Partnering with site & functional leadership - Support maturity build & value, identify required efforts (w/ OE) - Planning/execution of future deployments - Calibration of maturity assessment through site visits Support value delivery: - Monitor value capture & drive accountability - Strategy planning, prioritization & budgeting - Contribute to key initiatives Implement and coach leadership ecosystem within function - Implement tiered meeting cascade and CBN/CI review within function - Contribute and coach effectiveness of T4 team Lead key cross site initiatives - Lead key cross-site initiatives raised through T4 CBN/CI review • Places a high priority on developing others through coaching, feedback. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, training and mentoring while focusing on operational efficiency and the elimination of “non-value added” activities. • Provide a positive and equitable working environment emphasizing the CSL Values: Customer Focus, Innovation, Integrity, Collaboration, and Superior Performance. • Complies with requirements from CSL Behring’s Safety Program, including Health and Safety mandates and OSHA requirements. • Completes any other duties/responsibilities assigned by senior management. Qualifications: - Bachelor or BS degree in a Technical or Business Field with 10+ years’ experience, master’s degree in business administration or technical discipline a plus - Lean and Six Sigma proficiency preferred, certifications in Lean and Six Sigma a plus - Worked within operational or functional roles in key leadership roles such as Value stream lead, Deployment Lead, etc. - Previous experience in Lean production system implementation - Experience of aligning global processes across multiple sites - Experience in coaching senior leaders - Experience in implementation of lean operating model including 5S, Kaizen, waste reduction, in process excellence and performance improvement tools. - Experience deploying goals at high level - Strategic Thinking – Align ecosystem standards with business goals. - Stakeholder Leadership – Influence and collaborate across functions and sites. - Continuous Improvement – Drive Lean practices and operational excellence. - Change Leadership – Lead transformation and sustain improvements. - Communication & Coaching – Build capability through clear communication and mentoring About CSL Behring CSL Behring is a global biotherapeutics leader driven by our promise to save lives. JOB OVERVIEW The Senior Manager, Real Estate & Lease Management provides strategic leadership and financial oversight for complex real estate and lease portfolios on behalf of LandSolutions’ infrastructure and telecommunications clients. This role blends strong financial acumen, lease accounting and administration and real estate expertise to ensure assets are managed efficiently, compliantly, and with long‑term value in mind. The successful candidate will oversee lease administration and financial controls across large, multi‑jurisdictional portfolios, support negotiations of complex real estate agreements, and act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal project teams. This role plays a key part in modernizing lease management practices, improving data integrity, and supporting informed decision‑making. This is a remote role based anywhere in Eastern/Western Canada. RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide senior level oversight of commercial and infrastructure lease portfolios, including renewals, expiries, amendments, and terminations. - Lead lease administration and financial controls for large portfolios, including tracking obligations, payment processing, reconciliation, and variance analysis. - Ensure lease data accuracy and completeness to support financial reporting and audit requirements. - Support and advise on the negotiation of complex agreements such as easements, licenses, statutory rights of way, and long-term infrastructure leases. - Assess portfolio risks and opportunities, offering strategic recommendations to clients. - Collaborate with client finance teams to align lease management practices with accounting standards and internal controls, including IFRS 16 where applicable. - Ensure all lease documentation and processes meet regulatory, contractual, and client specific requirements. - Prepare consolidated reports, dashboards, and financial summaries to support senior leadership and client decision making. - Contribute to audit readiness and respond to complex lease related inquiries. - Support optimization of lease management platforms (e.g., SAP or equivalent systems) and emerging technologies, including automation and AI enabled tools.
