About the Position - Nursing Assistant - Visit Facilitator - Part-Time .6-.7 FTE (48-56 hours per pay period) - Days and Evenings - On-site at Grand Itasca Clinic & Hospital in Grand Rapids - INTERNAL POSTING THROUGH: 4/2/2026 Job Summary: The Visit Facilitator works primarily in family practice primary care and is responsible for supporting in person clinic visits, including communicating with patients prior to their visit and helping guide patients through the care experience. The visit facilitator gathers pertinent medical information from the patient and documents the information into the patient's medical record. This role also helps to ensure the exam rooms are stocked, equipment and supplies are available and assists with tasks that support the effectiveness and efficiency of the team. Here's what you'll do when you join us: - Demonstrate a professional and compassionate attitude towards patients, families, visitors, coworkers and other departmental representatives. - Prepare patients for their appointments, including communicating with patients prior to their appointment to ensure medical records are collected and ready for the visit. - Prepare exam rooms and stocks supplies. - Be a vital piece in the patient and provider connection ensuring patients and providers have a great experience. - Complete visit wrap-up with patients. - Provide patients with after-visit summary and recommendations for follow-up. If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat: - Must be 18 years of age or older. - Graduate of a Nursing Aide program, Emergency Medical Technical (EMT) program, and/or Health Unit Coordinator program. Certification and current listing on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry preferred. - BLS Certification or ability to obtain within two months of hire and maintains certification. - Minimum of 1-year customer service experience required. Previous health care customer service experience preferred. - Proficient with technology (computer hardware and programs, and smart devices such as phones and tablets). - Great verbal communication skills. - Strong team player with the ability to work independently. - Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality. - Demonstrated ability to adhere to and follow Grand Itasca Clinic & Hospital Mission, Values, Vision and policies. - Maintains reliable and consistent attendance. Title: Combat System Technical Trainer Location: Rockingham Australia Job Description: As part of our Defence Delivery group, the Combat System Maintainer - Subject Matter Expert/Trainer will be responsible for providing specialist engineering knowledge, maintenance expertise, and training support for Saab systems delivered to the Royal Australian Navy (RAN). The role bridges engineering, sustainment, and training, ensuring that combat system knowledge is effectively transferred to Navy and Saab personnel through high quality instructor-led training, eLearning products, and maintenance documentation. The position plays a key role in supporting system availability, technical integrity and long-term sustainment outcomes. Further, the successful candidate will: - Act as a technical subject matter expert (SME) on Saab combat management systems (CMS), subsystems, and associated interfaces - Provide SME advice on combat system functionality, maintenance philosophy, fault diagnosis and system recovery - Provide specialist maintenance input for corrective and preventive maintenance activities. - Design and deliver instructor-led technical and maintenance training for RAN personnel. - Tailor training content to meet audience's needs, ranging from technicians to engineering officers. - Develop high-quality eLearning products to support combat system training and maintenance competence. - Engage effectively with RAN stakeholders, including ship's staff, shore support organisations and engineering authorities. - Represent Saab professionally in technical and training forums.
