Senior Marketing Operations Analyst

• Grow, support and maintain the administration, configuration, and integration of our core martech stack (Marketo, Salesforce, Clay, Qualified, and others) • Help build and maintain data flows between marketing systems and our CRM ensuring leads, contacts, and campaign data are clean, connected, and actionable • Identify and troubleshoot integration gaps; work with Revenue Operation and Business Technology to implement fixes and scalable solutions • Evaluate new tools and vendors as our stack evolves • Partner with the Marketing Operations Lead to design and build AI-powered workflows that reduce manual work across the marketing team • Build and iterate on automations for lead routing, data enrichment, campaign operations, and content distribution • Stay current on AI tools and agents relevant to marketing workflows; bring forward ideas for where automation can improve speed and quality • Support the build-out of dashboards and reporting infrastructure that give marketing leadership clear visibility into pipeline, campaign performance, and channel efficiency • Maintain data hygiene across marketing systems from segmentation, list management, field mapping, and deduplication • Help translate raw data into clear, accessible reports for stakeholders across Marketing and Sales • Assist with attribution modeling and campaign tracking to ensure accurate measurement of marketing's contribution to revenue

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related analytical/technical marketing role — ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce
  • Experience managing event platforms, attribution platforms, reverse ETL, and other marketing systems
  • Comfort working with data: you can clean a list, build a report, spot an anomaly, and explain what it means
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and automation. You've experimented with tools or agents to make your work faster and better. Fluent in OpenAI and Claude
  • Attention to detail and a low tolerance for messy data or broken processes
  • Able to manage multiple workstreams and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners
  • Experience with SQL and programming
  • Familiarity building and running API calls, Marketo API is a plus
