Job Requirements
- Completed an accredited medical program with a national certification
- Currently licensed in Illinois
- Valid Illinois DEA Registration in good standing with all schedules to prescribe medications, including S2
- At least 2 years post-residency practice experience is strongly preferred
- Must be Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
- Commitment to evidence-based medicine
- A PC with Windows 11 Pro or a Mac newer than 2020 is required
