The Impact of a Sr. Solution Manager at Coupa: Sr. Solution Manager drives successful enterprise implementations by owning the end-to-end solution design and ensuring alignment across platform functions and solution architects. By leading key decision-making, fostering executive stakeholder relationships, and partnering closely with Engagement Managers, they accelerate delivery timelines and improve customer adoption. What You'll Do: - Lead professional services projects with some of the largest companies in the world, as the design face (Solution Manager) with the objective of providing continuity across the platform functions & the various solution architects - Accountable for the overall design of customers implementations, advocating for industry & technology best practices - Partner with the Coupa Engagement Manager project managers to bring design leadership and accountability in how we show up for customer success - Foster and develop relationships with customers key stakeholders - Drive the key decision making & materials to support project progress and artifacts - Develop & coach talent, in and out of projects, in the consulting expectations to ensure the right skills mix to meet customer success - Broaden and Deepen your Coupa, as well as source-to-pay, knowledge throughout the source-to-pay lifecycle to be a clear and concise communicator - Collaborate with documentation and product management teams to share expertise in further developing content & product - Engage customers in enlightened business need discussions versus feature/function basics. - Follow & advocate the Coupa implementation methodology to ensure customers adhere to good practices - Work in both individual and team environments, on and off customers site. What You Will Bring to Coupa: - Experience of managing a professional services team or consulting projects - 7+ years’ experience in a consultative project orientated work environment, either internally via or with a consulting firm - Must be able to work in a fast paced and passionate environment - Must have a strong team success mentality as well as customer success focus - Strong experience in Coupa products and source-to-pay - Experience with Project Management or understanding good project principles which support software implementations and customer transformations - Strong skills in tackling challenging or complex problems within a business. The ability to simplify the problem, bring decision frameworks, and corral a team to recommending solutions - Candidates should have extremely strong client management skills and be able to work with customers to execute an implementation plan that works towards a rapid, successful go live - Previous senior consulting experience with competing applications is a solid predictor of success e.g: Ariba, Ivalua, Jaggaer, GEP - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Experience configuring and delivering software demonstrations are required - Experience in building a workshop plan which fits the scope at hand, developing materials, and facilitating workshops to achieve desired outcomes. About this role: As part of Wells Fargo Auto, the Auto Relationship Manager will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with medium to large and complex and/or high producing auto dealer accounts within the assigned market territory. This role will develop and execute strategy, proposals, and initiatives to generate additional revenues through optimizing business opportunities. Assesses the needs of the auto dealer to ensure satisfaction. Understands the profitability and risk of ongoing relationship. Develops and implements procedures to improve relationships if needed while also maintaining profitable relationships. In addition, responsible for securing any money owed to WF Auto (i.e. booksheet discrepancies, rebatables, etc.). Assists in clearing any customer generated complaints through the LOB or Enterprise complaints office. Ensures processes within the market territory to support corporate objectives.
