• Traducir requerimientos funcionales y técnicos en prompts estructurados para herramientas de IA. • Utilizar IA para: Generar código backend (.NET) • Crear APIs, lógica de negocio y estructuras de datos • Validar, corregir y optimizar el código generado por IA asegurando: Calidad, Seguridad, Performance • Implementar y mantener test unitarios para asegurar confiabilidad del código. • Integrar desarrollos dentro de pipelines CI/CD. • Documentar APIs y soluciones técnicas utilizando herramientas automatizadas y asistidas por IA. • Colaborar activamente en ceremonias ágiles, aportando mejoras en productividad mediante uso de IA. • Identificar oportunidades de automatización y mejora continua en el ciclo de desarrollo. • Asegurar que el uso de IA cumpla con estándares de la organización (seguridad, privacidad, calidad).

• Consolidate critical trading data from multiple disparate sources into a centralized, queryable database. • Design and implement data pipelines and orchestration workflows to automate data ingestion and processing. • Enable the client’s team to track position changes across daily, weekly, and monthly intervals with accuracy and speed. • Propose and implement a database strategy using a lower-level database as the primary aggregation layer, with reporting published to Snowflake. • Ensure data auditability and observability, with clear traceability for how each data point is created. • Identify and surface additional data opportunities as the project matures, helping the client understand the broader potential of their data.

• Design, develop, and maintain reliable software in line with technical requirements • Analyze requirements, and independently estimate and set up tasks’ acceptance criteria • Evaluate and coordinate tasks’ deadlines with the Technical Leader or Project Manager • Apply the best software development practices and coding standards to produce high-quality and performant solutions • Stay up-to-date with modern technology and optionally obtain professional certifications • Participate as a trainer or a trainee in various learning programs outside the main project
