Job Requirements
- 4–5 años de experiencia en desarrollo con .NET / C#
- Experiencia en ASP.NET Core / MVC
- Desarrollo y consumo de APIs REST
- Arquitecturas backend (monolito y/o microservicios)
- Conocimiento de patrones de diseño (SOLID, Clean Architecture, Repository, etc.)
- Experiencia práctica utilizando herramientas de IA como: Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.
- Capacidad de traducir requerimientos funcionales/técnicos en prompts efectivos
- Generar código mediante IA (backend, APIs, lógica de negocio)
- Iterar sobre respuestas de IA para mejorar calidad
- Entendimiento de limitaciones de los modelos (hallucinations, errores lógicos)
- Buenas prácticas de prompting (contexto, constraints, ejemplos)
- Capacidad de revisar, validar y corregir código generado por IA:
- Code review (manual + asistido)
- Detección de errores lógicos y de seguridad
- Experiencia con test unitarios (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest)
- Cobertura de código
- Uso de herramientas de calidad (SonarQube, linters, análisis estático)
- Manejo de Azure DevOps / GitHub
- Pipelines CI/CD
- Control de versiones con Git (GitFlow o trunk-based)
- Experiencia en SQL Server y/o Oracle (PL/SQL)
- Capacidad de diseñar queries eficientes
- Validar código SQL generado por IA
- Uso de herramientas como: Swagger / OpenAPI
- Capacidad de generar documentación asistida por IA
- Experiencia en Scrum / Agile

Position Overview RIVA Solutions is seeking an experienced Lead Drupal Developer to drive technical leadership for an enterprise federal Drupal platform undergoing large-scale modernization and migration. This role requires deep experience executing complex, high-volume Drupal migrations from legacy systems into cloud-based enterprise environments. The ideal candidate has led migrations involving tens of thousands of pages and terabytes of structured and unstructured content while remaining actively engaged in hands-on development.
