Admissions Officer
Bayswater
• Process student and agent applications accurately and within agreed timelines. • Prepare and issue invoices, visa letters, accommodation confirmations and pre-arrival documentation. • Monitor payment deadlines and follow up with agents to ensure timely settlement of invoices. • Support with receipt allocation, tracking outstanding balances and escalating unpaid cases where required. • Coordinate on refunds, commission queries and overpayments, ensuring records remain accurate. • Maintain clean and up-to-date data in the student management system. • Monitor shared inboxes and manage queries professionally and efficiently. • Work closely with Sales and Partner Support to resolve booking or payment issues. • Provide booking and payment updates to support regional forecasting and planning.
Job Requirements
- Experience in admissions, education administration, or international student recruitment.
- Confidence handling invoices, payments, and basic credit control processes.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confidence working with databases and finance systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across different time zones.
- A proactive approach and confidence following up firmly but professionally on outstanding payments.
