Specialist in Credit Operations and Recovery

Caju

• Monitor and ensure the operation of the credit pipeline, including proposal validation, exception handling, and the flow through to disbursement • Identify bottlenecks and propose operational and product improvements • Execute and monitor reconciliation routines, and manage the opening and closing of the loan portfolio • Ensure consistency between contracts, installments, and receipts • Create controls and monitor operational portfolio indicators • Structure and evolve the contact cadence based on data and portfolio segmentation • Execute and monitor collection and renegotiation actions (outbound and inbound) • Interact with customers to understand behaviors and improve recovery strategies • Work closely with technology to evolve tools and operational flows • Automate operational routines and propose improvements that increase scale and efficiency • Create and maintain controls and indicators that ensure operational visibility and governance

Job Requirements

  • Solid experience in credit and recovery operations, especially with payroll-deductible (consigned) loan products
  • Hands-on experience executing and improving operational processes
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in SQL and advanced Excel or Google Sheets for designing controls and analyzing data
  • Experience creating controls, tracking indicators/KPIs, and organizing operational routines
  • Ability to automate processes and drive operational efficiency
  • Good communication skills to interact with customers and interface with internal teams, especially technology and product
  • Experience with credit management systems or collection platforms
  • Organized, proactive profile with an ownership mindset in dynamic environments
