• Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centric design goals. • Deliver end-to-end design solutions, and work closely with the development team to ensure the design meets the expected goals. • Maintain and update existing design systems and templates, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms. • Analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and propose comprehensive solutions to enhance the user experience, ensuring that user needs are effectively addressed.

Job Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with a background in fintech related applications.
  • Clear understanding of UI/UX design principles and design systems, along with a user-centered mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment, quickly adapting to changes and driving product progress through continuous iteration.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset, capable of effectively facilitating cross-departmental teamwork.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range. In this position, you will be eligible to participate in the company’s discretionary incentive bonus program. This position's bonus target amount, which is not guaranteed and is dependent on individual performance and overall company results among other factors, is provided below. 10% Annual: Individual Target $77,100.00 - $110,000.00 USD
