Job Requirements

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in the BPO industry (preferably Customer Service)
  • Must be proficient in the English language (oral and written)
  • Must have a stable internet connection.
  • Must be available to work during Central Time business hours.
  • Must be computer savvy (nothing technical but comfortable with using a computer)
  • Must be flexible to help in other departments if needed
  • Strong ability to quickly understand new software and explain processes clearly with attention to detail.
