• Support Sales GTM motions, data, reporting, and operational execution across our AWS alliance, MarketPlace, and co-sell motions • Partner closely with Alliances, Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to ensure data accuracy, operational efficiency, and visibility into alliance performance. • Create and execute AWS offers, renewals and amendments in support of the opportunities being worked by the Alliance team • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that track alliance and marketplace performance • Track and report on partner and field engagement metrics, working with Alliances and Marketing to define success measures aligned to GTM priorities • Design, document, and support repeatable alliance processes across marketplace, co-sell, and GTM workflows

• Design, implement, and maintain data quality rules, checks, and controls across enterprise data assets • Perform data profiling, root cause analysis, and anomaly detection across SAP and non-SAP data sources • Partner with business stakeholders to understand data quality issues, business impacts, and remediation priorities • Translate business requirements into measurable data quality rules and thresholds • Support ongoing data quality monitoring, scorecards, and reporting for key data domains • Collaborate with data engineers to embed data quality controls into ETL and data pipelines • Analyze data discrepancies and ensure reconciliation back to systems of record • Support issue management workflows, including defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution validation • Contribute to documentation of data quality standards, rules, and operational procedures • Assist in user acceptance testing and quality assurance for new or enhanced data assets • Provide input and feedback to improve enterprise data quality processes and tooling

Position Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain superior customer service to policyholders, agents, marketing centers - Complete detailed initial telephone interviews with our Claimants - Create a white glove customer experience for our Claimants - Manage ongoing claims by requesting further medical, financial documentation or investigations as required and consult with specialists in all areas. - Review claims and underwriting files for proper disclosure of past medical history, exclusions, riders, endorsements; administer policy enhancements, premium waiver and other policy benefits - Make decisions on claim benefit eligibility determination and communication decisions to stakeholders - Document the claim file to ensure an accurate record of events that transpire in the claim handling - Obtain proper file information and review with policy provisions to verify eligibility - Accurately maintain claim records on system to ensure accuracy of reserve calculations - Complete benefit payments and tax payments accurately and in a timely manner. Required Qualifications: - University degree in any discipline or equivalent work experience. - Fully bilingual (French/English): The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec. - Adjudication knowledge and experience - Customer service oriented individual with negotiating skills is essential. - Excellent interpersonal skills with good oral and written communication skills in English and French for use in dealing with internal and external customers, claimants, brokers, physicians, employees, hospitals, investigators and lawyers. - Ability to respond constructively and decisively in high pressure or emotional situations and to respond positively to change. - Good working knowledge of the underwriting process. - Good analytical skills to evaluate conflicting information from various key sources in order to assess risk in making timely and effective decisions with appropriate. • Handling all Utilization Management medical appeal cases • Ensuring that timeliness guidelines are met and appeal handled in compliance with regulatory requirements • Providing mentoring and clinical liaison support to appeals staff • Assessing patient's clinical need against established guidelines and standards • Evaluating the necessity, appropriateness and efficiency of medical services and procedures • Performing review of medical records and preparing for review by Medical Director • Investigating and resolving complicated appeals • Coordinating with legal department as necessary • Preparing and presenting appeals to Appeals Committee • Conducting presentations of appeals process to internal customers • Plans appropriate allocation of resources to provide quality patient care • Documenting accurately and comprehensively • Interacting and communicating with facilities, physicians and members/families • Evaluating care by problem solving and analyzing variances • Facilitating the external review process with the IURO and IRO • Providing 24/7 on call appeal support as scheduled • Actively participating in enterprise meetings as management's proxy
