• Support Sales GTM motions, data, reporting, and operational execution across our AWS alliance, MarketPlace, and co-sell motions • Partner closely with Alliances, Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to ensure data accuracy, operational efficiency, and visibility into alliance performance. • Create and execute AWS offers, renewals and amendments in support of the opportunities being worked by the Alliance team • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that track alliance and marketplace performance • Track and report on partner and field engagement metrics, working with Alliances and Marketing to define success measures aligned to GTM priorities • Design, document, and support repeatable alliance processes across marketplace, co-sell, and GTM workflows
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an analyst, operations, or specialist role (GTM Ops, RevOps, Sales Ops, Alliances, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards, reports, and performance insights
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and CRM-based reporting
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Alliances, or Operations teams
- Ability to manage moderately complex projects independently with general supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Experience supporting partner, marketplace, or alliance motions
- Familiarity with AWS co-sell, marketplace, or partner programs
- Exposure to reporting or BI tools such as Looker (or similar)
- Interest in process improvement and automation

Position Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain superior customer service to policyholders, agents, marketing centers - Complete detailed initial telephone interviews with our Claimants - Create a white glove customer experience for our Claimants - Manage ongoing claims by requesting further medical, financial documentation or investigations as required and consult with specialists in all areas. - Review claims and underwriting files for proper disclosure of past medical history, exclusions, riders, endorsements; administer policy enhancements, premium waiver and other policy benefits - Make decisions on claim benefit eligibility determination and communication decisions to stakeholders - Document the claim file to ensure an accurate record of events that transpire in the claim handling - Obtain proper file information and review with policy provisions to verify eligibility - Accurately maintain claim records on system to ensure accuracy of reserve calculations - Complete benefit payments and tax payments accurately and in a timely manner. Required Qualifications: - University degree in any discipline or equivalent work experience. - Fully bilingual (French/English): The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec. - Adjudication knowledge and experience - Customer service oriented individual with negotiating skills is essential. - Excellent interpersonal skills with good oral and written communication skills in English and French for use in dealing with internal and external customers, claimants, brokers, physicians, employees, hospitals, investigators and lawyers. - Ability to respond constructively and decisively in high pressure or emotional situations and to respond positively to change. - Good working knowledge of the underwriting process. - Good analytical skills to evaluate conflicting information from various key sources in order to assess risk in making timely and effective decisions with appropriate.
