You’ll step into a hands-on networking role where you’ll have visibility across a distributed environment, the ability to influence how things are built moving forward, and the opportunity to be the go-to person for networking within a scaling IT team. The Network Engineer will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting network and security infrastructure across a multi-site environment. This position focuses on ensuring reliability, performance, and security while helping evolve and mature the organization’s overall network capabilities. - Design, configure, and deploy network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and related technologies - Manage and support Cisco Meraki environments (MX security appliances, MS switches, VLANs, VPNs, etc.) - Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, security, and performance issues - Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to assess needs and implement solutions - Support network security efforts including access controls, policies, and incident response - Work with service providers and internal teams to maintain uptime and performance - Document network configurations, diagrams, and standards - Contribute to ongoing improvements in network design, monitoring, and security practices Qualifications - Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki networking (MX, MS, dashboards, etc.) - Experience supporting multi-site or distributed network environments - Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs, VLANs) - Experience troubleshooting network and connectivity issues in real-world environments - Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities - Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams Requirements - Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Security+, or similar - Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Exposure to network automation or scripting (Python, etc.) - Experience with security tools such as IDPS Benefits - Fully remote role with occasional travel as needed - Opportunity to grow into more senior or leadership responsibilities over time - Collaborative IT environment with strong visibility across the organization

Common: Puppet, Ansible, Vulnerability management best practices, ITSM, Release management. Software Engineering: GitHub, Python/any other programming language. Capabilities: Troubleshoot independently across firewalls, load balancers, SD‑WAN, wireless, VPN, and IPAM. Automate network configurations using Puppet/Ansible. Apply vulnerability remediation and ITSM compliance. Manage code repositories and scripts in GitHub. Write automation scripts for network tasks.

• Manage and support enterprise-grade network infrastructure, including hybrid cloud environments (AWS/Azure) • Configure and troubleshoot network components including routers, switches, SD-WAN, firewalls, VPNs, wireless controllers, and load balancers • Manage cloud networking components such as VPCs, VNets, NSGs, subnets, and cloud gateways • Provide L2-level troubleshooting for complex network and infrastructure issues • Independently perform L2-level activities for infrastructure upgrades, hardware refreshes, patching • Execute network changes following ITIL-based incident and change management practices • Participate in major incident management (P1/P2) and support on-call rotations • Ensure compliance with security and audit standards; participate in infra-audits • Collaborate with vendors for issue resolution and escalations • Mentor L1 team, support knowledge sharing, and drive operational excellence in shift-based support • Contribute to internal documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base updates
