ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) BILLING EXPERIENCE UTILIZING CENTRAL REACH IS REQUIRED About Us Behavioral Health Works is an expanding company dedicated to responsible and sustainable growth. We are committed to delivering personalized ABA therapy for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). ABA therapy helps individuals with Autism improve socially significant behavior, following the principles of Behavior Analysis. Our extensively trained BCBAs, Case Supervisors, and Technicians collaborate closely with parents to create tailored treatment plans that address the distinct requirements of each child. Job Description The Director of Billing will oversee and manage all aspects of the company’s billing and revenue cycle operations. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring accurate claims processing, timely collections, and compliance with payer, state, and federal requirements. Role Description This permanent position is eligible for 100% distant or local telework. The salary range advertised is for the Washington, DC area and may be adjusted based on the geographic locale of the selected applicant(s).
