Job Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in the BPO industry (preferably Customer Service)
- Must be proficient in the English language (oral and written)
- Must have a stable internet connection.
- Must be available to work during Central Time business hours.
- Must be computer savvy (nothing technical but comfortable with using a computer)
- Must be flexible to help in other departments if needed
- Strong ability to quickly understand new software and explain processes clearly with attention to detail.

Role Description This permanent position is eligible for 100% distant or local telework. The salary range advertised is for the Washington, DC area and may be adjusted based on the geographic locale of the selected applicant(s).
