Become a part of our caring community The Supervising Mail Operations Pharmacist registered Pharmacist who is responsible for the accurate dispensing of prescribed medication to patients. The Supervising Mail Operations Pharmacist works within thorough, prescribed guidelines and procedures; uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors to solve basic problems; collaborates with management and top professionals/specialists in selection of methods, techniques, and analytical approach. The Supervising Mail Operations Pharmacist ensures adherence to quality assurance standards, accurate tracking techniques and a review process before shipping medications to patients. Decisions are typically related to schedule, plans and daily operations. Perform escalated or more complex work of a similar nature and supervise a group of typically support and technical associates; coordinates and provide daily oversight to associates. Ensure consistency in execution across team. Hold team members accountable for following established policies. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, or a PharmD - Licensed as a PHARMACIST in state(s) of practice - Participate in Federal prescription programs - One year Supervisory experience - Excellent leadership and coaching skills - Proficient in computers - Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $126,300 - $173,700 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance. • Overall responsible for the direction and management of the US Study and Site Operations (SSO) Contracts and Payment team. • Responsible for the oversight and management of a team of Contracts, CDA and Finance for program and trials who negotiate contracts with clinical investigators. • Oversee the work product of contracts, CDA and Program Finance managers and is accountable for the timely resolution of contract terms and budget issues. • Negotiate Master Clinical Trial Agreements with key research institutions. • Actively troubleshoots issues and defines solutions aimed at ensuring study start-up activities are performed timely and of high quality. • Responsible for work allocation and oversight of milestone data entries contributing to key performance metrics. • Participate in and drive initiatives related to the Contracts, CDA and Program Finance Management process. • Works as a partner to Novartis Legal and Intellectual Property and participates in appropriate training with Legal partners.
