Director, Motor Vehicle Accident

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure the team meets client expectations. • Work with the Revenue Services People Leader to ensure the processes and inventory are in place to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue expectations for the company. • Support the account managers in building and expanding relationships with clients. • Maintain a strong knowledge of insurance billing and reimbursement procedures and regulations related to insurance billing and collections. • Assist in the creation and implementation of new procedures or operational changes. • Assist with annual goal planning, annual reviews and monthly account reviews of assigned staff. • Load-balance departmental duties in order to establish the correct allocation of resources and accurate measurement of deliverables and program operational goals. • Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration. • Improve the business processes for the department through analysis and collaboration. • Enforce systematic processes in managing client requirements through use of a standardized knowledge base (Client Master Guides, Client Engagement Matrix, etc.) • Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics. • Perform regular audits and client reviews ensuring EC is delivering all requirements to the satisfaction of the client. • Assist in developing and implementing plans and goals for the department. • Work with department management to coordinate and supervise daily operations. • Manage multiple teams by setting daily, monthly and strategic goals for assigned supervisors/managers. • Ensure compliance and consistency with regulations and internal policies. • Monitor attainment of objectives and goals. • Identify why/when/how to make up variances on best practice metrics, and report variances and action plans to Executive Management on a weekly basis. • Coordinate the development and execution of special projects as assigned by the Motor Vehicle Accident People Leader. • Provide superior service to clients by establishing collaborative relationships with intercompany and internal stakeholders across a complex and changing business landscape. • Maintain a current working knowledge of all related HIPAA regulations and ensures staff compliance to these requirements. This includes updating work processes, system capabilities, and policies and procedures as well as training staff on these requirements. • Other duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience in management or supervisory experience with team size of 10+.
- 4+ years’ experience in healthcare setting, information technology company or managed care industry, preferably in the area of Finance/Collections, Business Operations or Revenue Recovery.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics using business management software.
- Extensive level of understanding of insurance payer/provider claim processing and subsequent data requirements.
- Must have strong computer proficiency and understand how to use basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

The Associate Director is accountable for strengthening and scaling state advocacy infrastructure by providing strategic leadership, policy expertise, and hands-on technical support. This Opportunity WSP is seeking a Technical Director, Environmental Planner to proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across our Midwest Region (KS, MO, NE, IA, SD, ND, MN, OK, AR) in the commercial, industrial, utility, energy, transmission, development, and/or transportation markets. Based in St. Louis, MO (Creve Coeur) or remote within the region, this role combines business development leadership with delivery of high-quality NEPA/impact assessment, nuclear licensing, and permitting work. You will build and expand client relationships, lead outreach and account positioning strategies, and serve as a key proposal leader (capture planning, win themes, teaming, scope/approach, schedule, and budget). You will also direct and deliver complex NEPA environmental assessments, EISs, and related studies in coordination with interdisciplinary teams, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality from pursuit through execution. The ideal candidate has a strong record of winning and delivering impact assessment and permitting work, with deep NEPA expertise and experience supporting nuclear licensing and other energy projects. Experience with Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) license applications/Environmental Reports (ER) and nuclear licensing reviews is highly desirable.
