As a Director, Project Management at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in leading the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that advance clinical research initiatives. You will contribute to the successful management of cross-functional teams and ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. What You Will Be Doing: - Driving the development and execution of project management strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in clinical trial operations. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify project objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. - Overseeing project progress, managing risks, and implementing solutions to ensure timely and successful delivery. - Providing strategic guidance on project prioritization, stakeholder communication, and alignment with broader organizational objectives. - Establishing partnerships with external stakeholders to facilitate project success and share best practices in project management. Your Profile: - Advanced degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, business administration, or project management. - Extensive experience in project management within the clinical research or healthcare sectors ideally within CNS and/or Rare Disease. - Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment. - Expertise in project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on delivering results. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change in a complex organization.
