Job Requirements

  • Native or fluent German speaker (C2 level)
  • Proficiency in English for internal communication
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday, 08:00 AM – 11:00 PM)
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems is a plus but not mandatory.
