Role Description We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial operations of our U.S. business and support the continued growth of RockWallet. This is a highly visible, executive-level role that will have a direct impact on the direction, maturity, and financial sustainability of the company. You will shape and enhance our financial strategy, controls, and operational infrastructure to support a fast-paced and evolving business environment. This role is remote. Role Overview The CFO, U.S. Entities will lead finance for RockWallet and MNEE’s U.S. operations, reporting to the Group CFO. This executive will own U.S. financial strategy, controllership, planning, treasury and liquidity operations, audit/tax, and management reporting—while partnering closely with operations, compliance, and product teams supporting a regulated fintech and payments business. The CFO will strengthen the financial infrastructure required to scale a high-growth, regulated platform spanning consumer distribution (RockWallet), merchant settlement/acquiring (MNEE Pay), and MNEE our stablecoin. Key Responsibilities - Strategic Finance & Business Partnership - Own U.S. financial strategy across RockWallet + MNEE, including annual operating plan, rolling forecast, and long-range plan. - Provide decision support on pricing, unit economics, product profitability, merchant economics, customer acquisition efficiency, and capital allocation. - Build scenario models for growth, liquidity, regulatory outcomes, and market volatility. - Controllership, Close, and Reporting (U.S. GAAP) - Oversee monthly close and financial reporting for the U.S. entities, including revenue recognition policies and operating metrics. - Deliver a high-quality monthly reporting package to Group CFO (actuals vs plan, KPIs, cash, risk items). - Establish/upgrade internal controls, segregation of duties, approval workflows, and audit-ready documentation. - Treasury, Liquidity, and Settlement Operations - Own U.S. treasury: cash management, banking relationships, liquidity planning, and controls over payment flows. - Partner with operations to ensure accurate daily reconciliation across wallets, merchant settlement flows, custodial accounts, and bank accounts. - Establish governance for reserve-related processes (where applicable): policies, permitted instruments, reporting cadence, and oversight routines. - Regulatory, Audit, and Risk Governance (finance-owned components) - Coordinate finance-owned components of regulatory readiness (financial reporting, safeguarding controls, documentation, and reporting support). - Manage external audits, tax advisors, and financial statement audits; ensure timely filings and clean audit outcomes. - Maintain risk frameworks for liquidity, counterparty exposure, and operational financial risk (in coordination with compliance and risk leads). - Systems, Process, and Team Leadership - Build and lead a high-performing U.S. finance team (accounting, FP&A, treasury, payroll; outsource where appropriate). - Select and optimize finance systems (ERP/accounting, expense management, payroll, billing) to support scale and multi-entity reporting. - Drive process automation and “close-to-report” speed improvements. - Capital Strategy & Investor/Partner Support (as applicable) - Support fundraising, diligence, investor reporting, and board materials in coordination with Group CFO. - Evaluate financing structures, partnership economics, and strategic deals (merchant distribution, banking partners, payment rails). Location: Remote - Time zone - EST or CST (willing to work EST hours) Hourly Rate: $24.00 - $28.00 (dependent upon experience) Position Summary The Infusion Access Navigator is a critical member of Novella Infusion’s intake and patient access team responsible for owning the “in and out” of the referral and authorization process. This role proactively identifies and resolves intake delays, drives communication with providers and patients, and ensures that each referral moves through the journey efficiently and accurately. The Infusion Access Navigator acts as a bridge between clinical intake, operations, and sales functions—bringing visibility, accountability, and speed to the patient onboarding process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: - Own the patient journey through the intake process, ensuring all required information is complete, accurate, and processed in a timely manner. - Proactively monitor cases to identify bottlenecks or missing information and take direct action to resolve exceptions and escalations rapidly. - Communicate regularly with providers and patients to share status updates, request additional information, and set clear expectations throughout the intake process. - Serve as primary point of contact for referral cases requiring coordination across multiple teams. - Review incoming referral packets to verify completeness and ensure accurate data entry into intake systems. - Work closely with Intake, operations, and sales to prevent cases from stalling and ensure smooth handoffs to scheduling. - Monitor and regularly report out on key performance metrics. - Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance speed and throughput, improve communication, reduce handoffs, and optimize role integration across departments. Minimum Qualifications - Self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit, attention to detail, and well organized - 3 or more years in a clinical office setting - Experience in building patient charts - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple referrals simultaneously. - Prior experience with infusion therapy intake processes and EHRs - Excellent communication and relationship management skills with both providers and patients. - Proven ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments and drive cases to completion independently. - Experience in healthcare administration, specialty pharmacy, medical assisting or referral coordination preferred.
