About the role The Director of Regional Procurement will lead a team of supply management professionals, managing a spend of ≥$300 million, across 30 Facilities working for the world leader in sustainable waste and energy solutions poised for global sourcing expansion. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will lead the management of supplies and services to six key sites supporting a multi-plant environment in the South region; and provide functional guidance to sourcing professionals supporting those locations. Your role will span strategic, tactical, and transactional supply management activities. Key spend categories include Mechanical Parts, Pressure Parts, MRO, Contractor Services, Temp Labor, among others. You will also be called upon to contribute to the broader supply management agenda - demonstrating the right values and behaviors with high emotional intelligence in working with a disbursed stakeholder base. Specific Areas of Responsibilities: - Provide leadership, set the direction, and ensure delivery performance of the region’s procurement organization aligned with the broader Procurement agenda. - Deliver procurement’s contribution to Outage Optimization (plant maintenance & turnarounds), engineering and construction of new plants, and capital projects at existing facilities - Develop regional category strategies (leveraging the required market intelligence) and actionable procurement and project plans to optimize the company’s spend for the region. An expansion of procurement involvement in areas of spend not currently managed is anticipated. Pay Transparency Reworld is committed to paying its staff equitably, and we strive to provide competitive compensation and benefits packages. The range below reflects Reworld’s reasonable estimate of base pay for this role based on primary posting location. It is expected that most qualified candidates in this location will fall within the posting range. The final salary offered for this role will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to: experience, education, geographic location, skills and competencies, travel requirements and/or union contracts (if applicable). Pay ranges are reviewed from time to time and may be modified in the future.  The pay range for the primary location of this position is: $130,900.00 - $187,000.00 USD. For hourly roles, this is the annualized salary. To calculate the hourly rate, divide by 2080.
