What is expected in this Role: - Serving as the Point of Contact for 40+ assigned clinics throughout the United States as the expert in schedule coordination. - This means you are the calendar owner and coordinator for the various clinics and work with our providers' schedules ensuring proper alignment of schedules for all parties.   - This includes understanding various demographic requirements and resources available, identifying and matching clients with providers within the targeted departmental goals, and ensuring appointments or assessments can be scheduled within the set timeline targets, while finally, scheduling the event accordingly. - This can also include supporting various provider or clinic change requests. - Serving as the external client expert in relation to scheduling of exams for clients with REE network providers and clinics, this can include the scheduling, follow ups, communicating wait times, coordination of visitation, etc. - This can include answering and directing calls within a timely manner, returning voicemails within established departmental timelines, and ensuring that the shared team email inbox is maintained and kept organized. - Ensuring all processes and procedures related to Compliance and our Clinics are followed and safeguarding personally identifiable information / personal health information across the different communications both internally and externally.   - Serving as a Point of Contact with various internal departments related to scheduling of exams and wait times for Veteran Clients.
