  • Experience working closely with developers, architects, data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders in cross-functional delivery teams
  • Familiarity with agile ways of working, backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation, and structured technical documentation
  • Technical expertise, particularly in marketing, AI, or data
