About the Role: We are a staffing agency recruiting on behalf of a well-established dental practice in Florida seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Patient Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone with dental administrative experience who is comfortable working remotely and managing patient communications and insurance processes. Key Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling, questions, and general support - Provide professional and friendly patient communication at all times - Scan, upload, and securely send patient documentation - Verify dental insurance benefits and communicate with insurance providers - Handle dental billing tasks and assist with claims processing and follow-ups - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation - Ensure full compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality - Coordinate with the dental office team to support smooth daily operations Required Qualifications: - Previous experience in a dental office environment (front desk, patient coordination, or billing) - Experience using Dentrix or similar dental practice management software - Strong understanding of dental billing and insurance verification - Knowledge of HIPAA compliance - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with DEXIS (DIXIS) imaging software - Prior experience working remotely - Familiarity with Florida-based dental insurance plans Work Schedule: - 20 hours per week (part-time) - Potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance $500 - $700 a month U.S.-based dental office | Eastern Standard Time (CST) working hours | Part-Time (20-30 hours per week) with potential to transition to Full-Time (40 hours) Why Join Assist World? 100% REMOTE $50 birthday bonus $200 testimonial bonus $500 entry monthly raffle NO TRACKER.
