The Administrator will work closely with existing development team and business stakeholders to ensure the platform remains scalable, secure, and reliable as they evolve. This role is a high-ownership position within a mature, integration-aware environment. The Role Salesforce Administrator (Platform & Integrations) serves as a primary steward of the platform’s declarative architecture. This role owns configuration standards, safeguards data integrity, and ensures solutions are scalable and well-governed. You will operate with independence and partner closely with developers and business stakeholders to deliver sustainable, enterprise-grade solutions. Key Focus Areas - Design and maintain scalable declarative solutions (Flows, security model, data structure, reporting). - Enforce standards for automation design, configuration governance, and sustainable platform practices. - Ensure alignment between data model, permissions, and integration touchpoints. - Monitor platform reliability and proactively address issues. - Support structured release, documentation, and validation practices. - Translate business requirements into supportable platform designs. Job Requirements

  • Required Experience
  • 5+ years hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience.
  • Deep expertise in declarative solutions and security model design.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce integrations (custom and/or managed packages).
  • Strong systems thinking and independent execution.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Preferred
  • Salesforce Administrator certification(s)
  • Experience supporting Revenue Cloud / CPQ or Service Cloud
  • Experience working within structured governance and release models
