• Managing a portfolio of motor vehicle (automobile) or ATM claims • Managing a portfolio of material recovery (subrogation) claims • Receiving claim declarations by email and customer calls, and supporting clients through the claim handling process until closure • Participating in the setup and long-term maintenance of our partnerships

Job Requirements

  • You hold a degree in law and/or insurance
  • You have at least 1–2 years of proven experience in claims handling
  • You have strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize information
  • Customer satisfaction is your priority: you are a good listener and demonstrate empathy
  • You are rigorous and methodical
  • You enjoy working independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset
