About the Role: CrowdStrike, a mission-driven and innovative technology company, is seeking a proactive and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the Vice Presidents within the Alliances organization, along with the wider leadership team. This role is critical in ensuring seamless operations, driving strategic priorities, and fostering strong relationships across the organization and beyond. What You'll Do: Executive Time Management & Strategic Support: - Strategically prioritize and align schedules with key business objectives, ensuring efficient time management in line with company goals - Proactively prioritize executive's time and commitments -- always one step ahead and making decisions for today that are based on timeline of future events - Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively bring the appropriate stakeholders and resources together to make decisions in support of the executive - Support multiple VPs within Falcon Complete, balancing competing priorities and ensuring alignment across the leadership team Relationship & Stakeholder Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration, streamline communication, and resolve potential redundancies - Manage external contacts and quickly identify the primary stakeholders; proactively understand who they are and why they're important to the business, and track the communication needed to nurture the relationship - Establish high-level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company and maintain those relationships - Partner closely with executives, business partners, and executive assistants on cross-functional events and scheduling - Ensure that the priorities for the executive are cascaded to the appropriate administrative staff supporting key cross-functional partners - Serve as a liaison between Falcon Complete leadership and other departments across CrowdStrike Meeting Coordination & Documentation: - Manage meeting logistics, prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items to ensure efficient and productive meetings - Attend meetings, communicate agendas, take notes, track action items, and hold stakeholders accountable - Assist in coordinating the agenda and presentation materials for senior management team meetings, off-sites, and all-hands meetings - Complex Scheduling and Calendar Management: - Provide proactive scheduling and calendar support across multiple time zones, including domestic and international schedules - Ensure thorough preparation for all commitments, including briefing materials, meeting agendas, and itineraries - Coordinate schedules across multiple VPs, identifying opportunities for efficiency and alignment Global Travel Management: - Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, handling complex itineraries and required documentation - Proactively address all aspects of travel such as security and threat levels, currency, weather, and destination culture advice to executive, to ensure effective use of time and resources to promote productivity - Be prepared to offer support outside traditional business hours during international travel - Event Planning & Budget Management: - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including but not limited to: preparation for EQBRs, town hall meetings, department off-sites and events - Assist in formulating and tracking the budget for off-sites, including hotel and meeting space procurement, contract negotiation, vendor management, room block management, team building activities, travel and ground transportation logistics, catering, etc. - Oversee travel expenses and manage reimbursements in a timely manner Project Management & Problem Solving: - Manage special projects and collaborate with stakeholders on issues requiring finesse, flexibility, and patience - Complete critical aspects of deliverables and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining the cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; and making adjustments to plans - Ability to address tough issues by identifying the problem, building consensus, and working toward a resolution - Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive matters while exercising sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality - Accountability & Ownership: - Operate independently, anticipating needs and delivering creative solutions - Consistently hold self and others accountable for specific actions and ensure commitments are fulfilled - Perform additional duties as assigned What You'll Need: Experience & Education: - Minimum of 3+ years providing executive-level support, with experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced organizations - Experience engaging with VP or senior executive level staff preferred - Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously is highly preferred - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred Core Competencies: - Global Travel Expertise: Experience coordinating complex global travel logistics, including international documentation preparation - Technical Proficiency: Quick to learn new tools, systems, and processes, with expertise in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment, demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude to change - Attention to Detail: Impeccable attention to detail, ensuring flawless execution in scheduling, documentation, and travel arrangements - Prioritization and Urgency: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests across time zones with a focus on quality and efficiency - Professional Presence: Represent CrowdStrike with poise and professionalism in all interactions and events - Ownership and Initiative: Self-starter who is able to own projects to completion with minimal guidance and direction - Collaboration and Teamwork: Works effectively within a team environment, partnering with colleagues across departments to ensure alignment and operational success.
