Role Description We are seeking an experienced professional with deep expertise in OneTrust Engagement Consent & Preference Management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of rolling out, managing, and operating consent setups for US-based pharmaceutical and life sciences clients using OneTrust. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance and operational excellence in privacy data governance. Key Responsibilities - Lead the design, implementation, and management of OneTrust Consent & Preference Management solutions for pharma clients in the US. - Oversee end-to-end consent setup operations, configurations, and ongoing maintenance. - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including legal, compliance, IT, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. - Drive best practices and governance frameworks around consent and preference management. - Provide subject matter expertise on OneTrust platform capabilities and industry compliance requirements. - Support client engagements and manage relationships with key pharmaceutical and life sciences accounts. - Ensure strict compliance with US regulations relevant to consent management in the pharmaceutical space. Qualifications - 8+ years of relevant experience in consent, and data governance. - Deep expertise in OneTrust Engagement Consent & Preference Management. - Hands-on experience rolling out and managing consent setups and operations for pharma clients in the US. - OneTrust Certification is required. - Preferred background in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry. - Strong understanding of the pharma data & consent landscape. - Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience specifically within the life sciences/pharmaceutical industry. - Familiarity with HIPAA, CCPA, and other relevant US data privacy regulations. - Experience working with enterprise-level life science clients in a consulting capacity.
