Title: Power Platform Developer Location: NYNew York Job Description: Job Description Insight Global is hiring a Platform Developer to join the gas engineering department with one of the most prominent utilities providers in the Northeast. This developer is coming in to support case management and customer programs within the project management group. In this position, main responsibilities include building customer PowerApps for internal employees to leverage when organizing feedback workflows, or scheduling appointments; additionally, this individual would be responsible for ensuring that these PowerApps can communicate/integrate with Microsoft OneLake. The value of these data insights is twofold: 1. To ensure compliance with regulators and 2. To provide insights to executives and upperlevel management for strategic decision making across the company relevant to gas service integration. To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate must be a selfstarter that takes initiative, is highly analytical and attentive to detail, eager to learn new skills, and is a team player. *This is a 6month opportunity taking place on a hybrid basis, 4 days remote and 1 day onsite in the Bronx. Working hours are 7:00am3:30 pm. There is potential for extension or conversion at the end of the assignment dependent on business needs and performance in the role. Skills and Requirements - Bachelor's degree - 2+ years of experience working in PowerApps - Experience in Microsoft OneLake - Strong experience creating applications - Experienced coding in Python - Previous experience utilizing SQL and Excel for data ingestion Experience coding in Java - Demonstrated ability to create reports and dashboards using PowerBi - Understanding of Azure environment
