• Assisting our clients with questions related to the IT systems we operate • Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues (1st & 2nd level support) • Documenting solutions and frequent requests in the ticketing system • Assisting with the setup and maintenance of workstations (e.g., PCs, printers, networks) • Collaborating with experienced colleagues from the systems and project teams
Job Requirements
- Completed training in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or equivalent qualification
- Good knowledge in IT support and technical understanding of Windows systems, networks, and common hardware and software
- Preferable: experience in project-based work and with an IT service provider/system house
- Service-oriented, team player, independent, structured and proactive working style
- Driving license class B
- Fluent German and good English skills

• Responsible for the installation of ZOLL's Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Fire Service RescueNet suite of software on client/internal systems • Troubleshooting issues on customer/internal systems • Creation and verification of hardware requirements • Execution of process to ensure a successful installation of the RescueNet products • Scopes, schedules, and plans the installation of software, working closely with the Implementation team and client's IT team • Drives consistency throughout the scoping and installation process to ensure readiness for training

Your Impact The Regional Credit Manager position is responsible for execution of Lowe's DIY and Pro Credit products across the assigned Region. The primary purpose of this role is to train and guide store associates to grow retail sales through Lowe's Credit products while achieving performance targets for credit applications, credit sales, and credit penetration. What You Will Do - Coaches, motivates, and trains key store personnel in partnership with local store leadership (store managers, department supervisors) on effective techniques to drive credit card sales through every store transaction. - Partners with the Divisional Credit Manager and peer Regional Credit Managers, to identify best-in-class industry approaches to grow retail sales through Lowe's credit products. - Monitors, tracks and trends credit sales results in each assigned district using data provided by the Credit Field Team Sr. Analyst and advises store leadership on progress against store credit sales plans. - Develops and maintains relationships with regional and store leadership and business partners within the assigned territory, to resolve issues as necessary. - Drives compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policies, while applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices. - Escalates, manages and reports control issues with urgency and transparency. • Lead and execute risk-based operational audits across business processes, systems, and technology environments, including planning, fieldwork, reporting, and issue follow-up. • Develop audit strategies, objectives, scope, and audit programs aligned with key business risks and organizational priorities. • Perform and oversee process walkthroughs, risk assessments, control evaluations, and testing as appropriate. • Identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and root causes, and support development of practical, value-added recommendations. • Evaluate operational effectiveness, governance practices, and risk management activities beyond pure control compliance. • Prepare clear, concise audit reports that communicate issues, risks, root causes, and agreed-upon management actions. • Present audit results and key themes to senior management and support reporting to executive leadership and the Board or Audit Committee. • Track audit issues and perform follow-up procedures to validate remediation. • Manage internal and co-sourced resources on audit related activities as needed. • Identify opportunities to leverage automation, data analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance audit coverage, efficiency, and insight. • Provide risk and control advisory support for business initiatives, system changes or implementations, process improvements, automation, and emerging technologies. • Support ICOFR program, including risk assessment, control design evaluation, operating effectiveness testing, and documentation. • Provide coaching and guidance to process owners on risk, control design, and documentation expectations. • Support other assurance or compliance activities (e.g., SOC, FedRAMP, ISO) by providing relevant audit insights, documentation, or testing support. • Represent the Director, Internal Audit in all aspects of engagement management. • Perform other duties as assigned.
