• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop a quality-focused culture and improve QA processes. • Plan and execute QA strategies, including manual and automated test cases, aligned with the software testing pyramid. • Lead end-to-end testing for cross-functional projects, applying exploratory and regression testing techniques. • Monitor, analyze, and report on QA KPIs to ensure product quality and identify improvement opportunities. • Proactively define and contribute to QA OKRs, leading initiatives to enhance processes and reduce bugs. • Drive quality activities across the product lifecycle, ensuring robust testing at every stage. • Implement and optimize CI/CD practices to streamline testing and delivery processes.

• Participate in the definition and implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS). • Prepare Technical Documentation for medical devices (MDs) and software as a medical device (SaMDs) to be submitted to Notified Bodies for CE marking.

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for web apps and backend apis. • Perform rigorous manual testing of features and knows how to write testing scenarios and test cases. • Work closely with development, design, and product teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and issues. • Define and monitor key quality metrics, ensuring continuous product reliability and performance improvements. • Create detailed test documentation, including test plans, bug reports, and user experience insights. • Use tools like ClickUp, TestRails, Browserstack, datadog for issue tracking, test case management, and performance monitoring. • Serve as a key stakeholder in release readiness, coordinating with teams to ensure smooth production deployments.
